Order Issues / Refunds/ Exchanges

If you have not received your order yet, please refer to the tracking number located in your receipt or email confirmation. If you do not have access to a tracking number, please email us and we will get back to you!

Your satisfaction is important to us! We want you to love our products and aim to maintain high standards in our production and design. We accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

If a product was damaged during shipment or you are simply unsatisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will be more than happy to exchange, replace or issue a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for any of these options, please provide a proof of purchase, copy of the packing slip or gift receipt. Fill out the form below and wait for our customer service team to contact you with further details about returns shipping.

We strongly recommend keeping record of your return tracking number. When the returned items are received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email notifying you about the status of the refund or exchange. We will continue communication with you throughout the process until you are satisfied with your order.

Please note that custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes all custom blade pieces, engraved items, and bespoke designs
